Amsted Industries launched the 2024-2025 Mike Swiderski Mentoring Program with a dynamic two-day event in St. Charles, Illinois, on October 14-15, 2024. Mentors and mentees from facilities across the country came together to build meaningful connections, share experiences and develop essential leadership skills.
This 18-month program is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential leaders across Amsted Industries. Through structured one-on-one mentorship, interactive workshops and goal-driven development, participants gain valuable insights into executive presence, effective communication and team leadership.
